Experiencing it in person revealed a balance of understated luxury and quiet sophistication, a retreat shaped for both rest and indulgence.
Arrival & Check-In
Late-night arrival meant the lobby was hushed, yet the welcome was warm. Farah at reception offered a greeting that felt genuine, transforming the stillness of the hour into comfort. Beside the counters, a refreshment station stood ready with coffee, tea, juices, and light snacks—small touches that made the space feel generous.
The lift system requires a change at level 6B before reaching the rooms, a minor inconvenience softened by the speed of the elevators.
The Room
Neutral tones, clean lines, and polished surfaces defined the space, creating a calm rhythm. The bathroom offered both tub and shower, with a WC enhanced by electronic bidet, automatic lid, and heated seating. Amenities extended beyond expectation—interdental brushes and toothpicks alongside toothbrushes. A walk-in closet by the bathroom entrance provided ample storage, blending practicality with elegance.
Facilities
Level 7A housed the pools and gym. The pool area, open from 7am to 7pm, included a main pool, a vitality pool with jacuzzi functions, and a shallow children’s pool. After hours, doors were physically locked, ensuring order. The Pool Bar & Grill served light bites and drinks, while the steam room, sauna, and relaxation lounge offered quiet restoration.
The gym, accessible by key card, remained open until 10pm, its design encouraging movement and balance.
The spa unfolded across five single rooms, two couple rooms, and a suite with jacuzzi. Manicure and pedicure spaces extended the experience, while therapists shared knowledge ranging from massage techniques to posture awareness and reflexology insights.
