Production Engineer

Salary Range : MYR4000 – 5900 monthly

Job Requirements:
.
1. No gender preference. Basic knowledge for Electronic & Electrical. Must be able to communicate and write in both Mandarin, English & Malay.
.
2. Strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork and communication skills. Able to complete assigned tasks efficiently and on time.
.
3. Responsible for PCB repair and production testing/debugging.
.
4. Experience in debugging ultrasonic welding machines and injection molding machines;
experience with automatic soldering machines or dispensing machines is an advantage.

5. Required to travel to China for training.

Job Description:
.
1. Machines maintenance
𖥔 Support routine maintenance of production machines to ensure stable operation.
𖥔 Coordinate with maintenance technicians or vendors for preventive and corrective maintenance.
.
2. Machines tuning
𖥔 Fine-tune machines and equipment to achieve optimal performance during production.
𖥔 Adjust process parameters based on product requirements or quality feedback.
.
3. Rework battery packs / troubleshoot defective products
    𖥔 Diagnose issues in defective battery packs and perform necessary rework or repair.
𖥔 Identify root causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
