Flights
The quickest way to reach Sapi Island is by air. You’ll land at Kota Kinabalu Airport (BKI) — the closest gateway to Sapi Island. From there you can choose 2 departure jetties. First one, it’s about 10 kilometers to Jesselton Point Ferry Terminal, roughly 25 minutes by road, before you’re at the jetty. Second one, it’s about 7 kilometers to Sutera Harbour Marina Jetty, roughly 10 minutes by road. The journey to Sapi Island from both ferry terminals will take around 30 minutes.
