Package Details
This offer is valid for stays between 1 May and 30 June 2026, with a minimum stay of one night required. It cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, loyalty programs, vouchers, or certificates. Any unused portions are non-transferable and non-refundable. Group bookings of eight rooms or more are not eligible, and dining discounts exclude in-room dining, destination dining, tobacco, meetings, and events.
Rates and Taxes
Rates are quoted per room, per night, in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are subject to prevailing taxes. Guests are subject to the Malaysian Tourism Tax of MYR10 nett per room per night, in accordance with the Tourism Tax Act 2017, with exemptions for Malaysian nationals and permanent residents holding MyPR cards upon presentation of identification at check-in.
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, while check-out is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. Departures until 4:00 PM will be charged at 50% of the Best Available Rate, while departures after 4:00 PM will be charged at 100%.
Reservations
Reservations require valid credit card details, and invalid cards may result in cancellation. Prepaid bookings must present the same card at check-in.
House Rules
No pets are allowed, and durians are not permitted in guestrooms or public areas. Smoking is restricted to designated outdoor areas, with a cleaning fee of RM1,000 applied for violations.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than seven days before arrival—including no-shows and early departures—will incur a charge of one night’s prevailing room rate.
